Cicis Pizza Greensboro

My girlfriend and I came into Cicis today and got the buffet, which was great. The manager Josh is absolutely Great. He was Fantastic and super kind, and kept checking on us to make sure we were doing well throughout our dining experience. Our night overall was great. Thank you Josh for spreading ur kindness with us!

Had to get my favorite pizza to eat flatbread with onions, peppers, tomatoes, Hash Browns, and chicken. I had some chicken soup to eat as well, which was cold, but I did let the manager Jacob know about it, so he immediately went and took care of it. Thanks, Jacob! Will be back hopefully soon!

Tonight my girlfriend and I came in to eat dinner and service was exceptional. Caleb, the nightly manager, was very welcoming and worked efficiently and quickly to keep the buffet fresh and clean. He kept order while managing different tasks behind the buffet. He was also incredibly kind and humble. Some of the other workers who deserve their own recognition are Alex, Nick, Adele, and Adam. The four of them worked expertly to make sure everyone’s experience enjoyable. Out of all my times eating here, this team was one of the most balanced and well working. Really appreciate all the hard work that goes in to keeping this place a great dinner spot.

Me and my family have been coming here for years. The manager josh has been here and has been serving my family. Hes always smiling and his staff are always attentive. Me and my daughter have been getting the same person pizzas for the longest time ever. On one occasion me and my daughter went there for a daddy-daughter date and when we walked in, he smiled at my daughter and said ill make your mac and cheese pizza. Today, (it was a sunday and they were packed) me ,my wife, and daughter who just had her birthday came in and he knew right away what to make for her and when i didn't order what i usually do, he asked my wife why i didnt order anything. I am informed him the reason why and he wished me well and said he looked forward to serving it to me again. Josh is a dedicated manager and is definitely me and my daughters favorite. #youthegoatjosh

We haven't been to this location in years. Me and kids ended up having our Juneteenth lunch here and it was perfect. Great service and not too crowded. The staff was very kind to my daughter who's currently in a wheelchair due to an accident. It was easy fo maneuver around which made the lunch that much better!

I've always been a Cici's fan since day one! The food here is cheap and pretty tasty for the price you pay. The salad bar has a lot of options and is all fresh vegetables. The soup is good, especially the classic chicken noodle soup, the pizza bar, which is the whole reason why we come here and have a lot of variety that they switch out on. I'd say they could use more sauce and thinner crust, but other than that, it's good pizza. If you want your own custom pizza, they will make it for you. You just have to ask a worker, and they'll make your pizza request into a mini personalized pizza just for you! I got a supreme pizza with extra sauce, and it is heavenly good. I'd definitely recommend asking for it. The dessert section is good, especially the brownies I love very much. The dessert oreo crumble pizza is kind of dry, though, and not so good. I'd just recommend cookies by themselves at that point as a dessert option. The management here is amazing. Super nice workers and bubbly, too. They are definitely some keepers, definitely! Shout out to Greg he was the one who made me my customized mini supreme pizza. I'll always come here so often to check back up on Cici's pizza and to enjoy myself to some all you can eat pizza.
